We’re happy to offer a 14-day return or exchange on underwear purchased from our website, as long as the item is in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags and the hygiene seal fully intact, and presented in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges if the hygiene seal has been removed or broken.
